10 minute full body workout - low impact cardio fat burning walking workout to lose lower belly fat!

This is a full body workout suitable for beginners and can become your daily workout to increase your fitness level to burn fat and tone your whole body.

This is designed to be easy but challenging. You’ll have fun and get fit without having to learn any complicated choreography. This is perfect for women in our age group and for beginners.

If you find that an exercise is too difficult, please modify it. At the timing of the filming of this video, I was seeing a physical therapist for bursitis in my hip, IT band issues, "snapping hip syndrome," and sore knees (from my tiny trampoline!). I still did it - and you can, too. Just modify as needed!
