All we need in life is just one person who believes in us; one person who accepts us for who we are. For some of us, we can be that person to ourselves; but many people harbor a fear of not being good enough, of not valuing their own worth. Often it is hard for us, if we lack the confidence, to move forward in life or to weather life’s inevitable storms without someone there supporting us.
When we have one person in our lives who supports us, who lifts us up, and who loves us unconditionally, we have a support system in place that will help us at our weakest moments and will be there for our finest moments. We can accomplish great things by ourselves, but having supportive people in our lives amplifies the experience. No (wo)man is an island. We could all use just one person in our lives, one person who believes we can reach for the stars and make it.
If you don’t have supportive people in your life, you can be that person for others. Be the change you want to see in your life. You could find reading material that reminds you of your worth and value to the world. You could also join a support group (aptly named!) or hire a therapist. Hiring a coach is another viable option. A coach is a great source of support. They guide you, motivate you, inspire you, and teach you to find your own answers in life. They are a friend, mentor, and cheerleader. They challenge, they encourage, and they help you recognize your greatness. They take you from where you are now to where you can only dream of going. They help you close the gap between what is and what can be.
Sometimes all we need in life is one person. One person to help us recognize our potential and help us get through the challenging times in life. Life is way too valuable – you are way too valuable – to sit on the sidelines. Find someone who believes in you. If you’re lucky, you’ll find more than one!

I don’t mean to be presumptuous that men don’t feel this, I don’t mean this, but I found that when my child was born, my first child, it felt like my heart broke.
I have a lot of stuff I want to talk about and offer up. It would be odd not to have ideas about something.
