What clients have to say about
working with Nicole.

Nicole has helped me so much. My coworkers, my family, and my friends have all noticed a huge difference. I wanted to work on my anxiety and I was unhappy with my boss. After working with Nicole, my anxiety has gone way down AND I didn’t have to quit my job. I learned that the way I was looking at it affected the way I felt about it. Sooo grateful for coaching- I should have done this sooner!

I was having relationship issues with my husband and I thought I would try coaching. My husband didn’t want to participate so I wasn’t sure if it would help, but I was willing to try anything. I’m so glad I did. Nicole has such a great way of listening and helping me sort out all the stuff going on in my head. I blamed my husband for a lot of my unhappiness and in hindsight, I can see how that affected the way I was toward him. Not that he’s perfect, but I definitely look at him differently now. I have the tools now, that if we get in a rut again, I’ll know what to do. And, if I don’t, I know where to go- Nicole! Best investment in myself and my relationship I could ever make.

I work 80 hours a week and couldn’t fit therapy into my busy schedule. I love that I can do coaching from the comfort of my home. I was having issues with working and balancing my home life. Working so much was affecting the relationships with my wife and kids. My wife wouldn’t do the coaching sessions with me in the beginning. After a couple months, she started attending sessions with me. I was really down on myself because my 20 year old daughter left to live with her boyfriend and my wife blamed me. My wife and I are now doing great. I feel like I have my best friend and marriage back. To me, that’s invaluable.

My daughter was going through a lot and I was so stressed out. Plus, I was thinking about getting a divorce and I was stuck. Should I stay with a guy that was cheating on me? Should I leave even if I don’t have a job and I’m middle-age? How would it affect my daughter? A friend recommended Nicole to me. Since that first session, I’ve felt better. Coaching has been amazing. I like that Nicole knows about relationships and psychology- and not just coaching. It’s been helpful to talk with her about my thoughts and fears- I feel like she really listens and she really gets me. I am Hispanic and I wasn’t sure if she’d be a great fit for me, but it’s been an amazing experience. I don’t want it to end!
