healing

Different approaches. One intention:

To support your journey toward greater well-being.

Sometimes, talking things through isn't enough. Sometimes, we need a different approach to help us process difficult experiences, move through what we're carrying, and reconnect with ourselves.

My healing work explores the connection between our emotional experiences, our bodies, and our capacity for change. I bring together approaches that offer different ways of working with the experiences that shape how we feel and move through life.

Deeper processing. Greater awareness. New possibilities.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that helps people process distressing experiences through focused attention, eye position, and awareness of internal responses.

My own experience with Brainspotting has been profoundly meaningful, inspiring my interest in sharing this approach with others.

Exploring the possibilities of energy-based healing

Bengston Method Healing

The Bengston Method is an approach to energy-based healing developed by William Bengston. It includes a distinctive image-cycling practice known as cycling.

I'm drawn to its unique approach and the opportunity to explore healing from an energetic perspective.

Simple, Soulful

Your Journey is Your Own

There is no single path that works for everyone. My intention is to continue learning, exploring, and sharing approaches to healing with curiosity, care, and respect for each person's individual experience.

If you're curious about either of these approaches, I invite you to learn more.

These approaches differ in their methods, training requirements, and evidence base. Neither should be considered a guaranteed treatment or a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care. Any services offered will be within my qualifications, training, and professional scope.
