Energy Sessions Using the Bengston Method
Reset Your Energy. Reconnect to Your Body. Support Natural Balance.
There are times in life when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or “off”—even when you can’t fully explain why.
These sessions are designed to help you return to a calmer, more balanced state through a structured, research-based energy method known as the Bengston Method.
What it is
What Is the Bengston Method?
What if you could explore a different approach to wellness without needing to believe in anything, figure anything out, or work harder to make something happen?
The Bengston Method is an energy-based, non-invasive wellness technique developed by researcher Dr. William Bengston, who has spent decades investigating energy healing and its potential effects.
At the heart of the method is Rapid Image Cycling—a structured process in which the practitioner moves through a series of mental images at a rapid pace, following a specific technique.
This method does not rely on positive thinking or visualizing a particular outcome. You don't need previous experience with energy work, a particular spiritual belief, or even a clear understanding of how the method works to experience a session.
You can simply come as you are.
My intention is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore this approach to complementary wellness without pressure or expectations about what you should experience.
The Bengston Method is a complementary wellness practice, not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment. Individual experiences vary, and specific health outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
A Note on Research
The Bengston Method is one of the few energy-based approaches that has been explored in controlled laboratory settings over several decades.
Research has included:
- Studies involving biological systems and animal models
- Observed physiological changes during sessions
- Exploration of electromagnetic and brainwave activity during the process
While the exact mechanism is still not fully understood, ongoing research continues to explore how focused intention and mental imagery may influence the body.

How it works
FAQs
No. The Bengston Method was specifically designed to be independent of belief or mindset. Many people come in simply curious and/or open-minded.
Most people experience a sense of deep relaxation and peace. Some notice warmth, subtle sensations, or emotional release, while others simply feel calmer afterward.
Every experience is a little different—and that’s completely normal.
That varies from person to person. Some people book a single session for support during a stressful time, while others choose a series to maintain a sense of balance and consistency.
Bengston sessions are intended as complementary energy-healing sessions to support your overall wellbeing. Every person's experience is different, and no particular outcome or number of sessions is guaranteed.
These sessions are not a medical or mental health treatment.
They are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Many clients choose to use this alongside other forms of care.
Yes. Sessions can be done remotely, and you can simply relax in your own space during the scheduled time.
Nothing at all.
You can sit or lie down, close your eyes if you’d like, and simply rest. Or, I can also teach you how to create and "run" a "cycling" list which you are welcome to do at the time of treatment.
Yes. The method is non-invasive and gentle. It does not involve physical manipulation or substances.

Choose the Session That Works for You
I offer two ways to experience the Bengston Method, allowing you to choose the format that best fits your preferences and schedule.
Live Zoom Session
A personal, scheduled experience from the comfort of your home.
We'll meet online at an agreed-upon time. You'll have an opportunity to connect with me, ask questions, and learn what to expect before your session begins. There's no need to travel or prepare in any special way. Simply find a comfortable place where you can settle in for the session.
Remote Session
A flexible option without a live appointment.
If you prefer not to meet over Zoom, you can request a remote session instead. You do not need to be present or available at the time I conduct the session. Before your session, I'll ask you to complete the intake and consent process and provide a recent photo so I can identify the intended recipient according to my practice protocol. I'll also explain the process, answer any questions, and let you know how follow-up will work. You can continue with your day while I conduct the session at the agreed-upon time or within the agreed-upon window.
What Should You Expect?
You don't need to do anything special to prepare for a Bengston Method session. Before we begin, you'll have the opportunity to review the process, ask questions, and complete the appropriate intake and consent forms. For a Zoom session, you'll connect with me at your scheduled time. For a remote session, we'll arrange the details in advance so you know what to expect. Afterward, you're welcome to reflect on your experience and share any observations or questions you may have. There is no single experience you should be looking for, and no particular sensation or outcome is required. Individual experiences vary, and specific results cannot be promised.

An Invitation to Explore
My interest in the Bengston Method grew from my own exploration of complementary wellness practices and my curiosity about different ways of approaching well-being. I bring that curiosity, along with my background in wellness and helping professions, to the sessions I offer. I believe in creating a space where people feel respected, comfortable, and free to explore something new without pressure or judgment.
If you're curious about the Bengston Method, you don't need to have all the answers before getting started. You can begin simply by being open to the experience.
An Important Note
The Bengston Method is offered as a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional medical advice. Research into energy-based healing practices remains limited, and the effectiveness of the method for specific health conditions has not been established. No particular health outcome is guaranteed. Please continue working with your healthcare providers for any medical concerns.
