Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to:

PDF workbooks
Planners
Guides
Journals
Worksheets
Downloadable resources

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Physical Products

Physical products, including Wish Dishes and other handcrafted items, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Physical Items

Because many items are handmade and created with care, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Minor variations in handcrafted products
Normal wear and tear after delivery

Shipping Locations

At this time, physical products are shipped only to:

The contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Canada

We do not currently ship to other international locations.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
